Confirmation:

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email signalling that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card. 

Once an order has been received, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the product is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. 

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

How To Moonshine's selected products are curated by our preferred manufacturers in order to provide competitive pricing and provide you with Free Shipping Worldwide. Your orders are shipped directly and take approximately 2-5 weeks to arrive. 

If you select multiple products, please note that they may arrive at different times as we work with multiple manufacturers. We track your order using individual tracking numbers so that we can monitor your order and reduce delays.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@howtomoonshine.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the credit card you used upon purchase.
