Pineapple Moonshine Recipe
This pineapple moonshine recipe captures all the natural sugars and flavors from fresh pineapple and transforms your plain moonshine into a sweet alcoholic drink. Although you might not be in paradise, with these awesome recipes you sure will get a little slice of paradise with each sip.
1 large, ripe pineapple
1 quart pineapple juice
0.5 cups white sugar
1 small lemon
750 ml Moonshine
Using a big pot, bring to the orange juice, sugar, vanilla extract and the vanilla coffee creamer to a boil.
Stir until creamer is fully integrated
Remove from heat and cool to room temp for at least one hour
Add moonshine and vodka to your the mix and stir
Pour the concoction into several mason jars and seal closed. Refrigerate for at least two weeks before serving.
For a simpler version that does not involve cooking, simply separate all of the ingredients into numerous mansion jars, add your moonshine and seal tightly. Store the sealed jars for at least two weeks, shaking daily. Strain and serve.
Add a can of coconut water to the concoction to give it a little more consistency and an added tropical touch.
